How Group Fit Is Calculated for Team Hotels

The minimum wins, not the average
Group Fit for a hotel quote is computed as the minimum across every dimension VoyantIQ can actually measure, like room capacity against your real travel party size and proximity to the venue. A hotel that scores perfectly on distance but poorly on room availability gets the low score, not a blended, misleadingly comfortable middle number.
A dimension VoyantIQ cannot measure yet, because the information genuinely isn't available, is excluded from the calculation rather than treated as a passing or failing score by default.
Total Economic Comparison stays honest too
VoyantIQ never estimates a total cost from partial information. If nightly rate, number of nights, or your group's real room demand is missing, the total is shown as genuinely unknown rather than a fabricated partial number.
